Step 1 — Consultation Your doctor will take the time to hear your full story — not just where it hurts, but how long it’s been this way, what you’ve tried, what your stress looks like, and what you want your life to feel like on the other side of this.

Step 2 — Chiropractic and Neurological Exam We’ll perform a series of assessments to evaluate how your spine, nervous system, and body are responding to physical, emotional, and nutritional stress. We’re looking for the patterns underneath your symptoms — not just the symptoms themselves.

Step 3 — Care Plan Recommendations We’ll walk you through a clear, personalized plan — what we recommend, why, and what to expect. Plain language, no jargon, no pressure.

Step 4 — Your First Adjustment In most cases we can begin your care the same day. Your first adjustment is also an opportunity for your doctor to assess how your body responds and to begin shifting your nervous system out of defense mode and into healing mode. If any findings need further investigation first, your adjustment will be scheduled at your second visit — and we’ll always explain why.

Gentle options include B.E.S.T., Arthrostim instrument adjusting, activator, drop table, and traditional manual adjustments — always applied with precision and always tailored to your comfort. You are always in control.
