Dr. Carla Freeman, Chiropractor
Dr. Carla Freeman is a Phoenix chiropractor passionate about restoring hope and health through personalized care. Inspired by her own recovery after a childhood accident, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2015 and has since specialized in B.E.S.T., NET, Applied Kinesiology, Webster Technique, and Dry Needling. With over a decade of experience, she creates a compassionate, welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported in their healing. Outside of practice, Dr. Carla enjoys time with her husband Greg, her three adult children, hiking, reading, and community volunteering.

Dr. Kai Peppard, DC, Associate Chiropractor
Dr. Kai Peppard is a compassionate and skilled chiropractor dedicated to helping Phoenix families and individuals find relief and build lasting wellness. After chiropractic care helped him heal from a repetitive stress back injury, he shifted his career path. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, where he focused on family care, biomechanics, and nervous system support.
Dr. Kai integrates precise manual adjustments with supportive therapies tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether it’s easing chronic neck or back discomfort, supporting recovery from injury, or enhancing everyday physical function, they prioritize gentle care first, treating each person with kindness and respect.

Kirsten Nash, Massage Therapist
Kristen has over 8 years of experience in medical massage therapy. She uses advanced techniques like Thai Stretching and Trigger Point Therapy. Her goal is to improve your mobility and help you sleep better.
She’s different because she helps you understand your pain and its roots. By looking at your daily habits and past injuries, she helps you see your body and life in a new light. Kristen focuses on the whole body, not just one painful spot.

Jana Shumway, Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience, Jana utilizes a variety of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release, to ensure a comprehensive nervous system reset while promoting proper communication between your muscles and joints.
