Lynsi Lucas, Office Manager, Yoga Instructor, SRI Teacher

My journey to where I am today has been deeply personal. In my early twenties, I was facing what felt like an uphill battle with my health—PTSD, chronic illnesses, digestive issues, toxic mold exposure, debilitating shoulder pain, and the struggle of either too little or too much sleep. Life was unraveling quickly, and I knew I needed help. I was referred to chiropractic care by a loved one.

What I didn’t know then was that this struggle would lead me to my life’s purpose. I became the proud steward of Breathe Chiropractic, where we help people heal through chiropractic care, massage therapy, hypnosis, somatic respiratory integration, herbal remedies, and yoga—all the tools that were instrumental in my own healing journey. Each of these approaches holds a tender place in my heart because I know firsthand the profound difference they can make.

When I’m not working with patients, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, country swing dancing, attending concerts, camping, hiking, traveling, or seeking out my next adventure. Surprisingly, I also love cleaning (yes, cleaning!)—it’s therapeutic for me. I am also a big animal lover. Most importantly, I cherish spending time with the people I love, as they are the heart of everything I do.

Kirsten Nash, Massage Therapist

Kristen has over 8 years of experience in medical massage therapy. She uses advanced techniques like Thai Stretching and Trigger Point Therapy. Her goal is to improve your mobility and help you sleep better.

She’s different because she helps you understand your pain and its roots. By looking at your daily habits and past injuries, she helps you see your body and life in a new light. Kristen focuses on the whole body, not just one painful spot.

Her clients work together to release and reactivate muscles. They use stretching and breath work to achieve deeper releases. This approach helps rebalance your body fully. Kristen is all about your wellness and her own. She believes in supporting each other for a better future. She often says, “The goal is for your next decade to be even better. Remember, we are in this together.”

Outside of work, Kristen loves to cook, travel, and explore astrology. She also enjoys adventures with her dog, Houdini.

Janaina, Yoga Instructor

Hi! I’m Janaina, Founder of The Sacred Beauty Co., and I’m thrilled to be part of this beautiful space!

Born in Brazil, with roots in Bolivia, I carry a deep connection to the Amazon and the ocean. My personal journey into holistic wellness began during my third pregnancy when I felt anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected. Through daily rituals in skincare, yoga, cacao, and mindfulness, I found peace, freedom, and a deep spiritual connection.

Today, I am dedicated to guiding others toward their highest potential through Beauty, Balance, and Belief. I teach Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra, and I host transformative moon circles, cacao ceremonies, and retreats—all designed to help women reconnect with their divine feminine essence. By embracing self-awareness, cultivating discipline, and creating intentional rituals, I empower others to discover vibrant health, inner peace, and alignment with their highest selves.
