Classes & Times
Mondays & Thursdays 12 PM
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone with limited mobility, this class offers all the benefits of yoga—like improved flexibility, balance, and stress relief—without the need to get up and down from the floor.
You’ll increase circulation, release tension, and enhance your overall well-being through guided breathwork, mindful movement, and simple stretches. Every pose is adapted to meet your needs, making this a safe and supportive practice for all bodies.
No experience needed—bring yourself and a willingness to breathe and move with care.
Mondays, 6 PM, Tuesdays, 6 PM
Restorative Yoga is a slow, soothing practice designed to support the nervous system and invite deep rest. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we gently hold postures for more extended periods, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle fully.
What makes this class unique is the personal attention given to those who attend regularly. I tailor each session to the needs of the individuals in the room, ensuring you receive the right balance of support, stillness, and subtle challenge. To keep the practice fresh and enriching, I incorporate elements of Yin Yoga (for deeper tissue release), Yoga Nidra (a guided meditative rest), and breathwork to help reconnect with inner calm.
Whether you’re healing, stressed, or simply seeking stillness, this class offers a space to slow down, soften, and restore—one breath at a time.

Meet Lynsi, your Breathe Yoga Instructor
Amazingly, I discovered yoga during high school, and what began as a physical practice quickly became a source of deep healing, clarity, and connection. I continued taking yoga as a course in college at NAU and finally took my YTT 200 Hr at Sweatshop in the fall of 2024. Yoga has helped me reconnect with my breath, my body, and the present moment, and that’s the experience I hope to share with others.
As a certified yoga teacher, I aim to create an inclusive, supportive space where students can explore movement, stillness, and everything in between. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, my classes focus on mindful alignment, self-awareness, and honoring your body’s unique rhythm.
I love teaching because I’ve seen firsthand how yoga empowers people, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. Watching students discover their own strength and inner calm inspires me every day.
